Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Angin88, an online betting platform operated by our licensed and registered parent company. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between angin88 ("Company", "we", "us") and every user who registers for or uses our services ("Player", "Member", "you").

These Terms & Conditions are written in Malay for the convenience of Malaysian players. In the event of any ambiguity in interpretation, the English version shall prevail for legal purposes.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Account Management

You are solely responsible for keeping your angin88 username and password confidential. angin88 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately.

Accounts that show no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered "inactive". Angin88 reserves the right to impose a monthly maintenance fee of RM5 on inactive account balances. A notification will be sent to the registered email before any fee is charged.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. All eligible balances will be returned to you once the verification process is complete. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements of between 20x and 40x the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
• Valid Period: Bonuses have a validity period as specified in the offer's terms. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirements are met will be automatically forfeited.

General Betting Rules

Once the connection is restored, the game will resume from the last recorded point. Angin88 is not liable for any losses caused by connection disruptions on the player's end.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an invalid payout or incorrect odds being displayed, angin88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be provided in such circumstances.

Player Conduct & Ethics

Angin88 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary measures up to and including permanent account closure:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated software (bots) for gameplay.
• Money Laundering: Using the angin88 platform to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or abusing promotions in ways they were not intended for.
• Disruption & Abuse: Harassing, threatening, or being abusive towards our support staff or other players on our platform.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to deceive the system or gain an unfair advantage.

Account Suspension & Closure

Angin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or immediately close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or a threat to platform security.

If an account is closed due to a serious breach of terms, angin88 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including deposited funds and winnings. For closures on other grounds not involving fraud, genuine deposit funds (less any active bonuses) will be refunded within 14 business days.

Responsible Gaming

Angin88's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Angin88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes, or service improvements. All changes will take effect upon publication on our website.

For material changes that significantly affect players' rights or obligations, Angin88 will provide at least 7 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect via:
